Brisbane Open House, October 12-13


This is just a quick plug for the upcoming Open House 2013, when the good people of Brisbane will have a wonderful opportunity to visit and view 71 of our historically and architecturally most significant buildings. Vintage housing buffs such as yours truly are salivating over the "Heritage Jewels" subsection, agonizing over how many sites can be covered in two days and which to leave for another year. As for this blog, activity has been subdued lately due to some private and professional distractions but I have several interesting houses in the research pipeline and a few related topics to cover over the coming months.
